"Refueling"

A common question I am asked often by my clients, is what and when to eat after exercise. I can't emphasize enough how important this topic is when you're trying to increase "lean" muscle mass.

It is important to re-fuel within one half hour after you've finished training. A body needs this meal to  include: a liquid, a fast acting protein (an isolate), and a high glycemic carbohydrate. To Con't Article: From Sue
